One
of my many readers sent me a picture of these unusual sneakers with the Oriental
geisha design on the side... but she didn't know much at all about them. Note that the
basic shoe looks rather akin to the classic Nike Cortez.
Another reader, having seen this picture, told me that they are the "Soul
of a Geisha" (the geisha design is also on the sole) from Acupuncture.
